We join the year-long celebration of what would have been Leonard Bernstein’s 100th birthday in August 2018 by singing “Some Other Time”, from Bernstein’s Broadway Musical, “On the Town.” In the play, three sailors enjoy an exciting and romantic 24-hour shore leave in New York City, with their new-found girlfriends. But their adventure comes to and end much too soon, as time forces them to say good bye. In this song they poignantly ask “Where has the time all gone to?”, “Too many words are still unspoken”, “Oh well, we'll catch up some other time.”
